ABSTRACT
The temperature dependences of the Hall coefficient for compounds TlInTe2,TlIn2 GaTe4 is studied. It is established that temperature
dependence of the Hall coefficient for alloys of this system corresponds to the temperature dependence of the electrical conductivity. At low temperatures the Hall mobility
is limited mainly by scattering by acoustical vibrations. The mobility of these alloys decreases with increasing temperature.
