Hotel Reservation and Visa

It is advised to book the hotel through Organizing Committee of ICTMC-17. Two neighboring hotels, Ramada and Crescent Beach, with the same discount rates for the participants of ICTMC-17 are available. Each participant is kindly requested to fill-out and send back the REGISTRATION FORM with information regarding desirable hotel reservation. The registration form is also necessary for preparation of the invitation letters which will be sent to all registered participants until 30 June 2010. Participants from CIS countries do not need visa to enter Azerbaijan. Participants from other countries can obtain their visas beforehand in the nearest Azerbaijan Embassy or after landing in the H. Aliyev International Airport, Baku, and submission of the invitation letter to the visa issuing authorities. The entrance formalities usually take from 10 to 20 min.
